Quality Standards

ConditionClean and sound, with no sap burn, no fungal decay and no transit bruising.
Harvest StagePicked at 7° to 9° Brix and ripening to 15°+ by the time it reaches you.
HandlingFruit is cut with a short stalk and drained on racks straight away, so the sap doesn't burn black spots into the skin. Each fruit is then sleeved and packed in a single layer.
Border TreatmentTell us your market and we treat to its rule. The USA needs irradiation at a minimum of 400 Gy at an APEDA and USDA-APHIS approved facility, and does not accept hot water or vapour heat in its place. Japan and South Korea need vapour heat treatment. Other markets are cleared on phytosanitary certificate and inspection.
TestingEvery consignment ships with a phytosanitary certificate, and third-party inspection before shipping is available if you'd like it.
